I weighed today. On the old scale (which I used for my start weight), I'd lost 5.5 pounds... then 3 pounds... then 3.5 pounds... then 3 pounds. I stepped on my NEW scale and it said I'd lost 1 pound. Of course, I didn't use my NEW scale on my start date (what an idiot) so I have nothing to compare it to. Since the old scale and new scale were 2 pounds different, I've adjusted my entire tracking spreadsheet and ticker. I just upped it 2 pounds and will go with the NEW scale from now on. It did not hop around at all. It gave me the same number no mater what. I even had my girls weigh on both scales to see what would happen. The 2 year old's weight varied 1/2 a pound between the two scales and the 7 year old's weight varied 1 pound between the two scales. New scale wins. Unfortunately, that means I'm 2 pounds heavier than I thought. Oh well. It'll only go down from here and it is just a tool to measure my progress, not something to hang the fate of the world on...
So, I'm going with down 3 pounds but the actual start weight is estimated based on calculations.
I got in two glasses of green tea and a lemon water yesterday. No melba toast. 3+ liters of water. Flush it out, baby...
