Weight: I have no idea. I haven't stepped on the scale in weeks. I have not been doing good on the phase three maintenance plan. My husband has been out of town for two weeks so I'm playing single mom and I hate it. I'm a binge eater when I'm alone and I've been eating and drinking whatever I want as comfort food.
I have updated my countdown tracker for the start of round 2 (but obviously not the weight loss tracker). Since I stopped a few days before the 40 days were up, I can start earlier for round 2. I'm starting on October 22. I'm excited to get back on plan but not excited to get on the scale. I have no idea what it will say and I'm terrified that I'll have gained every single pound back.
I can't change what I've done. I can only learn from it and do better next time. See you on October 22!

aww that's sad. You really have to change the way you see food if you really want to change your life and not worry about your weight anymore. I also believe checking your weight regularly will make you face reality and be able to control it. Keeping the scale away wouldn't change anything and it's really not a good idea. There are ways for you to control your weight supposedly though. there's the steak day, or in my own personal experience I prefer the egg day. :) You can get back on track, Beth. :)
