Weight: 210.5
I've been at this weight 2 days in a row now. I'm pleased. My last day of 500 cals made me drop to 208.5 but it all came back the next day. I think it was water weight - I really didn't feel well at all that first day of phase 3 so I'm 99% sure that I was just dehydrated.
I've had eggs and sausage for breakfast the past 3 days. Lunch has been a big salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tuna, Newman's Own olive oil and vinegar dressing). Dinner has been chicken and broccoli. It's 850-900 calories.
My tummy has been bothering me but I'm assuming it's just adjusting to all these new foods. I'm very comfortable eating the same things day after day (which is probably why I was able to stick with phase 2). I will most likely keep this food plan a few more days before adding my next few foods - turkey, mayo, cheese, bacon (I'm planning a new salad, in case you can't tell).

keep hanging in there ... Im so afraid of Phase 3 .. well i guess i need to get threw phase2 first before i can be scared of anything ... im starting the vlcd tomorrow again! Keep up the great work.. do you work out any .. maybe up your working out some!
