Day 24

Weight: 217. Down a pound! WOOT WOOT! I really hope that I get back on track with the one pound a day thing. I would LOVE to hit ONE-derland at the end of this round but those 1/2 pound days and no change days really knocked me off that road. I'll just have to go with the flow.

I can see some changes in my body. My shoulders seem slimmer. Also, my bust and right underneath is definitely smaller. I wish we could choose where the weight came off because I would definitely pick my gut! My husband says he can see a difference. I tend to lose weight in my face first, which is nice, I guess.

This weekend was not as hard as last weekend and last weekend was not as hard as the weekend before that (that first one on 500 cals was torture). I can only imagine how much easier this coming weekend will be... and then I'll only have one more weekend! The end is approaching!

I ate the same thing I eat every day:
10am - 6 strawberries.
12pm - chicken and cucumbers
3pm - apple
6pm - lean burger and tomato

I actually had a melba toast after the apple but have been skipping it lately because of the no loss phase.

Also, 4 liters of water, plus a bunch of coffee (I love coffee).
