Weight: 208.5! I officially lost 29.5 pounds on round one.
I took measurements on day 11 and compared to today, I've lost:
Upper arms - 1 inch
Lower arms - 0 inch
Chest - 1.5 inches
Belly -2.25 inches
Hips - 2 inches
Thigh - 3.75 inches
Calf - .75 inch
Total: 11.25
I had my big salad for lunch but couldn't finish it. It was delicious!
