Weight: 213.5. I changed the battery on the scale but it's still jumping around a bit. On my last blog, Lila suggested that I find a new place to put the scale in case its the ground that's uneven. I will be doing that for sure!
Last night was the easiest Friday night I've had so far. No crazy cravings. No temptations. I just did my usual thing. Today, I'm home with the girls. My husband is working so we'll probably just hang out - maybe go to the grocery store later for some excitement. We know how to party! ;) I may get a grapefruit. I haven't tried one in probably 20 years - I might like it now, you never know!

My scale loves to jump around but it is usally because i am moving so when i weigh now i look straight ahead and count to 10. That helps me alot. Good luck
