I only have one week left! I can't believe it. My last day of drops is Sunday.
Last night was not as rough as the night before. There were still yummy leftovers staring at me but I was much stronger. I worked on the grocery list for this weekend and was able to put some fun new things on there in prep for next week's phase 3 start (9/29!!). Things like eggs, tuna, broccoli, and FROZEN chicken. I'm very excited to be able to weigh the chicken after it's cooked rather than before. And I'll be much more comfortable using spices.
I have my phase 3 start menu planned already and it comes out to 882 calories. I'm going to do that for 3-4 days and see how the scale reacts, then bump it up to 1000 for 3-4 days. Once I get to 1200 calories, I plan to hover there until the start of round 2. Of course, I will be having a couple days off right before I do my Halloween Boo Binge so I can have my beloved wine (Oh, how I've missed you terribly!!!). I'm still not sure if you can have booze on the loading days but I'd rather not chance it.
