Weight: 221.5. Can you hear the angels singing???? FINALLY. That was rough, having a stall. Even though I could blame it on TOM, I still doubted myself and wondered if there were something I could do differently.
I skipped my melba yesterday. I wonder if that helped. I also drank a ton of water - I think almost a gallon. Over 3 liters.... plus coffee. Yeah, I'd say I got a gallon of liquid in. My husband picked up some green tea at the grocery store. I read somewhere that might speed things up. Only thing is, I hate tea but it's worth a shot.
Fish sucks. I have given up on it. I've now had it poached and George Forman-ed. It is neither filling nor worth the trouble. I will stick with chicken and beef.

YeeHaw on the loss this morning! I haven't had the first melba toast or breadstick yet on this diet and I totally believe that's why I've lost 9.5 pounds in just 2 days, not to mention all the water I drink I had 6 litters yesterday. One of our other HCG Blogger friend posted a tomato soup recipe, I stored it in my iphone, and I'm going to the grocery here soon, and I'm going to pick up a few fresh tomatos and make fome to eat with my lunch, or supper one of them. I ask my hubby so would I count that as 1 fruit or 1 veggie? Mmmmmmm.....
I'm pretty excited this morning, for another reason. I have a pair of khaki shorts that were my favorite for the past 2 summers, well this summer they were too snug and uncomfortable to wear so I've had them in a draw, well after my shower I went (just for the fun of it)and drug them out and tried them on, and guess what?....I'm wearing them and they are comfortable again! I thought to myself this morning, I need something, just something little to keep me focused today with it being Labor day and my daughter's birthday to help me make it through this day, and I thought of those shorts in my drawer! If I start to feel overwhelmed with all the bad food around, all I have o do is look down at my shorts as a reminder of why I DO NOT want anything other then my 500 calorie food! (Pretty good idea....Don't ya think?)
So... I'm feeling pretty weak these past 2 das, I sure hope this part gets better, and soon! It's pretty bad when you get wore out chasing a fly around the house with a fly swatter.....Seriosly!

YAY for the pants!!!! That will totally keep you on track. I'm so happy for you!!! :) I'm going to follow your example and cut out the melba for a while and see what happens. Have you tried the Vitamin B? That might help with your weak feeling. They made me flushed/feverish and itchy so I don't take them but hopefully they won't do that to you. I haven't heard of many people getting that reaction.
WOO HOO on the weight loss. I had the same issue with the vitamin b and it made me stall so no more. good luck on the rest of the week

After what I've read from you, and now Jessica, I think I'll stay away from the B12 drops! It's now 6:15 pm with no cheats none at all, and believe me there have been many, many opportunity for cheats with all that I had going on Today! I just took my drops and I'm going to go start my supper as soon as I finish this post. I believe I've got this Labor day & Kourtney's 21st B-day behind me... Phew.... I was really worred about this day! OK... Going to cook my flounder and asparagus....YUM!
