Weight: 223.5. Up 1/2 a pound. I guess this is the curse of the TOM. As if we didn't have enough joy to experience during this magical time...
Last night was Friday night and again it was really hard to not have a drink. I didn't get the big loss as a reward this morning though. I'm hoping this TOM stall doesn't last long. Everyone's body is different so I'll just have to take what I get.
I've been on program for 2 weeks today and have lost 14.5 pounds. That's pretty incredible. I couldn't do that in a month on Weight Watchers. I'm still determined to do this 40 days. One day at a time.
