I lost 3.5 today! Total for this round is 6.5.
I went to a wedding shower last night and only had water. I just avoided the entire table of food. No one even said anything about me not eating. I did get a funny look from the girl who asked me if I wanted something to drink. They had like 4 different bottles of wine and I just asked for water.
So my hubby has suggested that I do short rounds from now on. I haven't decided how many days I'll be doing yet. If I only do 26, I could be on phase 3 for Thanksgiving, which would be nice. I could even do 30 days and still be done before then. I think I will see how I feel and how things are going.
I've also thought about trying some other things on this round, like broccoli. Some people do broccoli with no problem. I think I wait a few weeks before I get brave though. Maybe when I hit my first stall... A friend tried tuna and had great results. I'm hesitant to go off protocol but who knows how I'll feel in a few weeks.
