Down a pound! So far I'm down 7.5 this round.

I'm researching recipes and some adjustments to protocol. Even though I'm not quite brave enough to step away from "Pounds and Inches" protocol, I am collecting ideas. A friend of mine has had great success using broccoli as a veggie. She even used tuna! Oh, how I love tuna. We'll see how I feel as the weeks go by. I am hesitant to mess with something that is already working, ya know?

I'm also still up in the air about how many days I'll be doing.

I saved my apple for after dinner last night and that was good and bad. Eating late gives me the munchies so it might be best to just quit after dinner.

I brought a lemon to work today and am going to squeeze the juice on my chicken to see how that tastes. I don't really like it mixed with my water. It just tastes funny. I've had some green tea the past few days but can't really tell a difference, other than I'm getting used to how it tastes. I don't gag all the time now. LOL
